Privacy Policy

MariMare Labs ("MariMare," "we," "us") builds focused software tools. This policy explains how we handle information across our cloud products — Temora and Shared Quick Parts — and the websites that support them.

01What this covers

This policy applies to the Temora SaaS app and its companion browser extension, the Shared Quick Parts add-in for Microsoft Word, and our marketing sites (including marimarelabs.com, temora.app, and sharedquickparts.com). It does not cover third-party services we link to, or the Pelotoros mobile app.

02Information we collect

• Account data — your name, work email, organization domain, and role or status metadata.
• Authentication and session data — what we need to sign you in and keep accounts secure.
• Product usage and operational logs — to run, secure, and improve the service.
• Content you create — the templates, quick parts, text, tables, and images you save in the product.
• Support and onboarding submissions — including waitlist sign-ups and access requests.

03How we use information

We use information to provide our products, enforce tenant isolation and access controls, process billing, support users, and maintain security and reliability. We do not use your content to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data.

04Tenant isolation and control-plane access

Our cloud products are designed for strict tenant boundaries. Access is role-based and enforced server-side. Operator access is limited to approved control-plane roles for support, billing, and security operations.

05Browser extension and Word add-in

The Temora browser extension runs on supported hosts and inserts template content only when you explicitly choose to. The Shared Quick Parts add-in inserts saved content into Microsoft Word at your request. Neither sells user data, and both exist only to support core template workflows — they do not read or transmit your documents beyond what's needed to insert the content you ask for.

06Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. We use a small set of subprocessors — for example infrastructure hosting, email delivery, and billing providers — to operate the service under contractual safeguards. We share information with them only as needed to run the product, and with authorities where required by law.

07Data retention

We retain data as needed for operations, security, compliance, and recovery. Some deleted data may remain recoverable for a limited retention window before it is purged from backups.

08Security

We protect accounts with role-based access control, server-side enforcement of tenant boundaries, and standard operational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to the minimum necessary and to detect and respond to issues.

09Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data — contact us and we'll help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to certain processing. We honor those requests as the law requires.

10Children's privacy

Our products are intended for use by businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve. When we make material changes, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-product.
